Who can access the MSVirtual2020 Online Library?
The library is only available to MSVirtual2020 registrants. 

Will I have access to all presentations featured at MSVirtual2020?
You will have access to all Scientific Sessions and ePosters. Teaching Courses are only available to those that added the package to their registration. You will see icons on the dashboard that will direct you to specific content.

Viewing Presentations

How can I find a presentation?
Please use the Filter to adjust your search. You can search by Date, Session Type, Author, Session No., Presentation No. and Abstract Keyword.

What is the playback format of the presentations? 
Depending on the session type, some presentations may contain video of the speaker. All presentations (except some ePosters) are offered with audio and visual slides.

  

Technology

Can I download any of the presentations?
Unfortunately, no. You will require a high-speed internet connection to stream the presentations.

Can I pause a recorded presentation and resume it later?
Yes, you can play, pause or rewind. To resume a presentation, you will need to leave that presentation open on your computer. If you reopen the presentation after closing the window, it will start from the beginning. Video playback is available in HTML5 and Flash in order to provide a wide range of compatibility across most devices.
 
What is the recommended bandwidth to attend the webinar?
For the best experience, we recommend at least 1.2 Mbps download speed.
 
Can I view presentations from anywhere?
Absolutely! As long as you have an internet connection, you will be able to view presentations. If your internet connection is slow, make sure you close all other programs and apps.
 
Can I view presentations on my tablet or smartphone?
Yes, presentations can be viewed on all mobile devices.
